Your job as immigration inspector is to control the flow of people entering the Arstotzkan side of Grestin from Kolechia. Among the throngs of immigrants and visitors looking for work are hidden smugglers, spies, and terrorists. Using only the documents provided by travelers and the Ministry of Admission's primitive inspect, search, and fingerprint systems you must decide who can enter Arstotzka and who will be turned away or arrested. Ranamor (a Spanish portmanteau of frog and love) is an outdoor experience for crowds with smartphones (tested on iPhone and Android). In it, players' phones will sporadically generate a specific color and frog ribbit. Each player must seek another who has the same frog, and then they bump their phones together to score the match. If they're correct, they each score the frog and get information on their phone screen about that frog species, where it lives in the world, etc. Another frog sound loads, and the player continues until she has found all the frogs in the database (or until she's met enough new people). In addition to being an experience to play, this game also seeks to bring the collective sound of dozens of frogs chirping into the night into the urban environment of Culver City.
