Saturday February 15th, 7pm - 10pm

Night Games East, chaired by Greg Trefry (Come Out & Play) and co-hair Aaron Isaksen will be an exciting mix of live action games, pick-up-and-play multiplayer video games, large theater projections of upcoming indie games, theatrical games, and our Saturday Indie eSports Saturday Night Rumble hosted by Simon Ferrarri (IndieCade eSports Commissioner).

Crypt of the NecroDancer

Crypt of the NecroDancer is a hardcore roguelike rhythm game. Move to the beat of the game's epic soundtrack (or play with your own MP3s) while battling dancing skeletons, zombies, dragons, and more!


Surround by Epic Boss

Surround is a local multiplayer tactical game with a fast-paced gameplay and a minimalist design. The 4 different classes (Assault, Support, Sniper and Medic) offer huge tactical possibilities to crush your opponents every round!


Tether by Dan Cox, Whitaker Trebella, and Matt Rix

Tether is a competitive battle game where the first player to collect 10 orbs wins. The catch is that all four players are attached with chains. You have to work *with* your enemies to win!


Pickpocket by Brendon Trombley

Pickpocket is an analog game of stealth, subterfuge, and finesse. Players line their pockets with cloth “mark” strips and try to steal them off each other without being noticed. Be careful; if you get caught you’ll have to find another target. Wait until your mark is distracted, then make your move!

Those who find themselves with many strips may find themselves to be a bigger target. Stay alert! At the end of the game, the player with the most strips is winner and top thief!"

Bottleneck by Antidote Games

Bottleneck is a chaotic physical game for 30+ players. Make sets to complete development tasks before anyone else. But watch out! If you’re in a car crash, becoming a patient can really set you back. The boisterous group game is designed as a playful intervention about road safety for humanitarian and development conferences.

Throughout the day Saturday, stop by the Indie eSports Showcase to try out some games, build a crew, and prove your skills. Only the best players will be selected for finals matches on the big screen accompanied by emcees, adoring spectators, and glorious prizes (well... trophies and a photo opportunity with the game developers, at least).
