Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor

About Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor

Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor is an anti-adventure game about cleaning up trash at a vibrant alien bazaar.

Every night, return to your small apartment (located above a very strange smut shop), collect your meager earnings, and write in your diary. Every morning, wake up and do it again.

Live a life of tedium and monotony- on the very threshold of adventure.

Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor

Indiecade version

Developer's Artistic Statement

When making this game we mostly wanted to challenge players' expectations and make something that we had never seen before. Our biggest goals artistically are to play with the vocabulary of adventure games to flip players' expectations, encouraging superstition, even boredom and frustration, all while enjoying a texturally rich and aesthetically pleasing experience.
