Downhill VR is a first person game where the player takes on the role of an extreme athlete who skates, skateboards, and bikes. The player controls the direction with the movement of their head in order to reach the end of each level and make points to avoid obstacles, perform aerial maneuvers, collect items, and use power-ups.
