Co-opoly

Lisa Smedman, Maurice Grela, Daniel Charlton, Peter Tupper, Adrian Estergaard

Co-opoly is a reimagining of Monopoly that returns the game to its educational roots while presenting a contemporary solution to the hyper accumulation of property. The board game is a co-op experience designed for 2-4 players. The goal is to save neighborhoods from gentrification by mobilizing activists to build tiny homes. Co-opoly was created during a game jam where the theme was to create a new game out of modifying old Monopoly boards.
