Thank you so much to our developers, members and supporters for making the IndieCade Showcase at E3 2019 such a success.
Check out pics from the Showcase HERE.
This year at E3, IndieCade organized an eSports tournament experimenting with bringing the best of the innovation, artistry, and off-the-wall designs of the IndieCade festival to the format of competitive online streamed play. The game's selected for this showcase celebrate the diversity and glory and fun of IndieCade - WaveBreak, a festival alumni game that is perfect for competitive high score and performative streamed play, Sloppy Forgeries, a game that experiments with competition along a different angle than most traditional games, while still creating a highly tense focused experience, and Killer Queen Black, a game developed lovingly and iteratively through the festival, which embodies modern theories of worldbuilding, local co-op play and has built its own strong arcade cabinet driven league before finally being released in a PC version this year.
Enjoy this interview with IndieCade Awards Director and Voice Actor Sarah Elmaleh. This is the first of many IndieCade Alumni interviews shot at our E3 Showcase.

The IndieCade booth at E3 is a yearly opportunity for the innovation and artistry focused independent games community to share their off-the-beaten-track, new, unique, and experimental games with the larger games industry. Our curation targets the surprise and delight of the larger video games industry, and seeks to provide a contrast of individuality, varietal tones, and a multitude of experiences.
