Elsinore is a time-looping adventure game set in the world of Shakespeare’s Hamlet. The game operates on a real-time schedule that, by default, ends with the same tragic murders that occurred in the original play.
As Ophelia, the player is free to observe these events, collecting and sharing information in order to try to sway friends and family from their bloody fates. Elsinore is about expressing agency in a system rigged against you, and making the most out of tragedy.
