Terms and Conditions
By submitting content in any form or fashion to Creative Media Collaborative's (CMC) IndieCade festivals ["Submissions"], I [including my affiliates and successors] hereby agree to the following:

I understand and agree that I retain all ownership rights in my Submissions. However, by submitting the Submissions to IndieCade, I hereby grant CMC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Submissions in connection with IndieCade Festival and the CMC's [and its affiliated entities and successor's] business, including without limitation for marketing, promoting, and redistributing part or all of IndieCade festival [and derivative works thereof] in any media formats and through any media channels.

I also hereby grant each juror of IndieCade festival a non-exclusive license to access my Submissions through IndieCade free of charge, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted for their role as juror. I shall supply IndieCade and CMC with reasonable acknowledgements or credits associated with each Submissions [if any] for display with such Submission.

I shall be solely responsible for my own Submissions and the consequences of posting them or having them published. I represent, warrant, and agree that I own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize CMC and IndieCade to use all rights[intellectual, proprietary, and other-wise] in and to any and all of my Submissions.

I shall not, in connection with IndieCade festival: [i] submit material that is subject to third party intellectual or proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless I have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and grant CMC and IndieCade all of the license rights granted herein; [ii] submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, harassing, offensive, or gives rise to criminal or civil liability, violates any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; [iii] impersonate another person with out their permission, written consent, or release. CMC and IndieCade expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with any Submissions. CMC does not allow the infringement of intellectual property rights in IndieCade Festival and CMC shall remove, in its sole discretion, any Submissions that CMC has reason to believe may infringe on another's intellectual property rights. CMC reserves the right to remove Submissions in its sole discretion, without prior notice.
