Blending the familiar mechanics of falling block games and shape-fitting puzzles into a raucous, fast-paced game of coordination and collaboration, Block Party challenges you and fifteen of your closest strangers to see to see how many shapes you can fill in two minutes using nothing but your thumbs, and communication skills.
We've been working on live-action games and projected installation games for years, often with a focus on very large, distributed and porous experiences. With Block Party we took what we've learned over the years to create an experience that is still extremely accessible and spectacular, but more focused on fostering engaging social interactions than some of our previous work like Scattershot.
