Festival Sessions 2018

IndieCade offers three days of sessions of all types, from intimate workshops, to fireside chats, to panels and talks. Take a look at some of the topics we’ll be offering this year below.

** All Access, Industry, IndieXchange, and IndieU Passholders **

Conversations with Luminaries in the Field

A conversation among pioneers of VR from the 20th and 21st Centuries. What persistent problems remain unsolved? What are the most compelling areas for innovation?

(The) Play’s the Thing: Games Meet Theatre

A conversation at the intersection of immersive theatre and live-action roleplaying. What can these disciplines learn from each other? What are the biggest creative challenges?

Escape the Theme Park

A conversation among creative leaders about the rebirth of the “Experience Econonomy” and what it means for both traditional out-of-home entertainment forms—like theme parks—and emerging forms like escape rooms and micro theme parks.
